18 Bay Restaurant is owned and operated by Chefs Elizabeth Ronzetti and Adam Kopels. We serve a four course Italian inspired Chefs menu that is a direct reflection of the local markets. Dinner begins with four different antipasti, followed by a handmade pasta, a choice of entree and dessert.
The menu changes every week. We serve handcrafted cocktails, and a well curated wine list from small international and local producers. We look forward to sharing with you our interpretation of the best of our terroir.
18 Bay Enotecca offers a casual ala carte menu in a relaxed environment on the days when the tasting menu is not being offered.
We are located in the beautiful and historic Shelter Island House Hotel and Resort. We were honored to receive the prestigious James Beard nomination as Best Chefs Northeast semifinalists, and two “excellents” from the NY Times.
